Changes in key functions caused by system switching
Our keyboard supports Android, Windows and iOS systems, and can switch to the corresponding system according to the instructions in the manual. Since the key functions may vary under different systems, if the WIN key fails during the system switching process, it is recommended that you check whether the current system mode of the keyboard is correct to ensure that the key works properly.
Driver setting problem
Our keyboard supports drivers, and users can customize key positions and lighting settings according to their personal preferences. During the key adjustment process, if an error occurs, the WIN key may also fail. In this case, you can follow the steps below to restore the default settings:
Solution
On the premise of excluding physical damage, you can try the following two methods to restore the default settings:
Method 1: Please press and hold the Fn + Esc keys for about three seconds to restore the keyboard to the default settings and solve the key abnormalities caused by the settings.
Method 2: If method 1 does not work, please download the reset file from the link we provide. Then, switch the keyboard to wired mode and connect successfully, open the reset file and follow the prompts to complete the connection to restore.
